A brand refresh and a new content strategy, website design and build for a Steamboat Springs Property Management & Real Estate company. The client wanted to cultivate a more unified brand tone and overall a cleaner look. The goal was to use an approachable design style that invited the Resort Town audience in to connect with them. The tone of the copy was geared toward building trust with families and investors looking at buying vacation homes in Colorado mountain towns with growing economies.
The site is built on WordPress on the Divi theme. Another major part of this redesign was redoing their web building process and hosting strategy for the future. I did a lot to condense and secure everything, since they have several brands, by changing their WordPress environment to a multisite setup and hosting it with the lovely folks over at WPEngine.
